因为疫情的影响好久都没有吃卤菜啦,正好赶上五一,闲来没事索性就自己做吧,第一次做卤菜,味道还是很不错的……第一次写菜谱,好多步骤忘记拍图了,希望大家谅解
用料
花椒 一小把
八角 3-4个
香叶 4片
干辣椒 3个
姜 4片
小葱 2根
五香粉 3勺
鸡蛋 6个
牛肉 200克
藕 1节
海带 100克
腐竹 少许
糖 3勺
盐、生抽、老抽、料酒少许
小白版卤菜的做法
准备工作,把腐竹和海带泡发、鸡蛋煮熟划几刀、牛肉过水、莲藕切片备用

冷锅冷油加入3勺白糖小火炒糖色,把糖炒到起泡加入半锅清水

加入牛肉煮20分钟,为了更入味易熟,我给牛肉化了几刀,然后加入鸡蛋煮15分钟

最后加入菜类煮10分钟关火,腐竹做好煮时间短点,时间过长容易烂。
