如果对方不是说 Certainly 而是有其他的要求

综上,表达的方式有很多。挂电话的时候应尽可能体现出你与其通话的愉悦,并期待和他进行下一次通话。而告知对方不便的时候应尽可能地表示歉意,决不能毫无理由地搬出对方的过失来解释,此外还应尽力提供自己力所能及的解决方式(如同上面的第二句)。在对方等待的时候,如若需要,还可尽力与客户攀谈,转移其注意力。
