绿色希望工程
“保护母亲河行动”——绿色希望工程是共青团中央、全国绿化委员会、水利部、国家林业局、中国青少年发展基金会共同发起实施的，旨在通过广泛动员各级团组织和广大青少年，依靠社会各界力量，在母亲河流域大力开展植树造林、治理水土流失、保护生态环境，在全社会倡导树立环保意识和可持续发展意识，推动国家生态工程建设，为母亲河更好地造福于中华民族作贡献。
绿色希望工程采用吸收社会捐款、专职人员植树、希望工程工作机构监督、当地人员养护的方式开展造林活动，以改善当地生态环境建设，让天更蓝，水更美，人更健康。
捐款标准：
1、5元钱捐植1棵树、200元捐植1亩林。
2、个人捐赠2万元、机构捐赠10万元，可以捐赠者的名义为捐植的树林或捐治的流域命名。
3、捐赠100万元，可建立以捐赠者名义命名的“保护母亲河——绿色希望工程基金”。
