中文：手机用户在最近几年可以说是增长的越来越快，而且每个人每天用手机的时间也是越来越长，也就是大家已经越来越依赖手机了。在对抗手机成瘾方面，国家出台了很多措施，防沉迷系统就是不让更多的未成年人依赖手机游戏，从而减少手机的使用时间。

成年人方面更多的只能靠自己自觉控制玩手机时间，比如培养一样爱好，这样才能有效的减少用手机的时间，减少自己对手机的依赖。

Mobile phlne is important for nowadays people especial students. They can live without their phone. Their hands are always have a phone on and they play on the phone in their free time even it is late at night. Everyone knoe it is unhealthy to play phone late in the evening but they still doing this. I think there are some ways that can limit the time that people play on phone. Firstly people can lock their phome in the locker and try to forget it. After frw weeks they enjoy theif life without the phone and then they can have their phone back. Secondly they can a phone for elder people which can only make a phone call. They can takr this phone with them and then they can live with no phones.
