1.芝麻淘洗干净晾干后倒入干净锅里,放入少许精盐。

6.把研好的芝麻盐装进干净的玻璃瓶子,随吃随取。
小贴士
1、芝麻要炒熟,稍微发黄即可,不要炒糊。
2、精盐也要炒制,熟盐吃起来才不会呛嗓子。
3、用手掌心按住蒜槌子沿着蒜臼子的边沿做圆周旋转,这样出来的芝麻盐是松散的粉状。
