全国哪个正规高校招自费学德语的学生？

我家在新疆，因为工作的原因在11月到第二年的4月有时间，想找个学校学德语，但是我是零基础，所以想看看有没有地方可以脱产学习半年的？学完想考德语的级别考试!

I don't know why you really want to find a so-called good univercity .You just want to learn one more language ,don't you? So go to a language school in some big cities.They may be not very famous but thay are much more professional in teaching language .And the price is also acceptiable.That is exacly what you need ! I know some language schools ,where you can live there , eating there ,and of cause you will study there every week five days .After that you can take the DAF or DSH exams .Even you don't pass them ,most of this kind of school can prove your learning hours .That will be useful when you apply a school in Germany!
