盆友啊，本人就是七年级下的小盆友，英语成绩不赖，下面把学习方法介绍给你，希望对你有所帮助。
1，多听多练多写多背是学习英语的不二法宝，因为才七年级下嘛，所学内容并不是多么难，只是一些基础，那么这时候就一定要打好基础；
2，如果希望自己的英语水平比一般人出色，建议你去听一下慢速的BBC或是VOA对听力的提高是相当的好啊。对口语而言，见到老外，不要管他是哪国人，能不能听懂你的英语，只要冲上去和他交流，对你有相当大的帮助；
3，英语是一门非常严谨的科目，来不得半点含糊，该是什么时态就是什么时态，该是什么句型就是什么句型。而且一个单词放在不同的句子里会有不同的意思，一定要弄清楚，千万不能混淆了。如果有条件的话，在家里和你的亲戚朋友多用英语交流，对英语成绩的提高非常有帮助。

学习英语方法
1． 坚持不懈，从不间断。每天至少看 10-15 分钟的英语，早晨和晚上是学英语的最好时间。
(Never give up, keep working on. Speak English at least 10-15 minutes every day. The best time to learn English is in the morning and the evening.)
2．方法要灵活多样。一种方式学厌了，可以变换其他的方式，以便学而不厌。
(Different kinds of ways to learn English. One way is boring, you can use other ways, so that you won't feel bored.)
3．上下相连，从不孤立。记忆英语要结合上下文，不要孤立的记单词和短语，要把握句中的用法。
(Connect up to down, don't make it alone. According to the passage, remember the words and phrases, try to graspe the meanings of the words. )
4．熟记常用语，确保准确无误。把常用的交际用语背熟，俗能生巧。
