英语问题，高手请进

Question

1.Number the sentences in the order that you hear them.其中that you hear them 是不是定语从句？如果是，that 在定语从句中做什么句子成分？（这是初中英语课本上的句子，本人感觉them与that 有矛盾）
2.Can you tell me where there is a good place to eat？其中where there is a good place to eat是宾语从句吗？如果是，把它还原成特殊疑问句怎么说？
3.There are many games that are organized.这句话是病句吗？如果是，如何改/？如果不是，that 与are 是否矛盾？定语从句中，先行词是物的时候，无论单数复数，都是用that做关系代词吗？
第一个问题如果是定语从句，that在从句中做什么成分？关系词在定语从句中要做句子成分的。

第一题：这句话是对的，是一句定语从句，that是定语从句的引导词，但是that不是指代them，即不是指代sentences，而是指代“order”， order that you hear them的意思是你听到他们（这些句子）的顺序

第二题：后面的where there is a good place to eat不是一个从句，而是一个名词性质的短语，意指“some place where is good to eat”，做tell的宾语。

第三题：不是病句，that与are不矛盾，that指代games。先行词是物的时候，无论单数复数，不是都必须用that作关系代词，而是都可以用that。
