LIfestyle does affect a person's health.However, many people nowadays just have a bad lifestyle, they do not exercise at all. staying up and spending all their free time sitting in front of computers surfing the Internet.They often forget their meals when they are supposed to have them. So a good lifestyle will help you keep fit and lead a happy life.
As for me, I will squeeze time to play table tennis with my friends at least twice a week, and I will try to go out for walks. I cut time on surfing the Internet or updating my micro blogs.I only do them on the weekends occasionally.I have to go to bed before 11 pm and get up at 6.30 am. I like to have Dongbei food which not spicy and good to one's health.
All in all, a good life style matters.
