I usually check the files before I print them out in order to avoid mistakes. When it is printed, it would comes out with the whole page filled with words to save the usages of paper. I also turn off the lights before I leave the office in the noon or evening.
If I receive any revision opinions in the audit stage and the amendments are relatively simple, I will release the CD to the factory after they have been examined within the department. Then I will send a PDF to HK for making records, but I wouldn't to release it after being confirmed by HK.
Through communications with clients and team works, over 98% of the works can be completed duly or ahead of schedule.
Each time when an application form is received, I will input it into FM system in time. If there is anything unclear, I will communicate with HK immediately to get the precise information. Every time before I release the CD to the factory, I will check the files with FC to make sure the files released can free from mistakes.
