追答没必要的介词啦，从语法上讲this afternoon直接作状语对不，没有什么需要链接的成分，不需要介词，一般是前面有动词啊等等需要连接的时候才用介词，但这里加个介词会显得很奇怪啦。就像中文，我叔叔今天下午来。我叔叔在今天下午来。。
