黄鳝汤的做法
清洗黄鳝并不容易,由于黄鳝表皮粘液较多易滑,可在黄鳝脖子处下刀放血,然后顺着切口剖开鱼身,将内脏去除。洗净后将黄鳝切成大小均等的小块,泡在清水中静置30分钟,将鱼肉的血水泡出即可。
