"I'm pretty good physical condition, apart from occasional cold. I live a healthy life may be an important factor in maintaining a healthy. Because I am a little Lazy and do not like sports, the most common exercise is walking, and Palou had. This is done every day movement. Generally i am in good health except sometimes i may catch a cold.
To eat healthy might be an important fact for me to keep in good condition.
Coz I am a litte bit lazy and not play sports often. Usually I enjoy going out for a walk or going up and down stairs.
I eat many fruit and vegetable and seldom fussy about food so I develop a good eating habit.
But I couldn't keep to a timetalbe and stay up a lot. That makes me eat a lot and grow weight. I really want to lose fat but I can't control myself from eating.
I think to eat fewer and do more sports is the only way to solve this problem.
