when引导的从句，则是修饰表示时间的一类中心词。

本题大意：毕业后，在职业生涯中，她到达了一个点，一个她必须决定做什么的点。

解析：本题要修饰的中心词，由翻译可以看出，是point（即职业生涯中的一个点），是个表示到达某个位置的，所以用where。同样，如果是she reach a day in her career __ she had to decide what to do. 则答案选when。因为这个从句就是要修饰day(即职业生涯中的某一天)。
