真不好意思，我是说翻译成英文。。因为同事是外国人，在中国检查要回国治疗，这份是医院的报告，所以需要翻译

 Lumber physiological curvature became straight.Every edge of cone sharpen. The low edge of L5 vertebra locally concaves. Surrounding by patchy areas of lucency manifested as short T1 and long T2 signals on MRI.  IRFSE manifested  high signal. T2W1 represent that every signal of intervertebral disk is descending. Every interval has no stenosis. The intervertebral  disc of  L3 L4  bulges backwardly, dural sac is squashed and deformed; the intervertebral disc of L4L5 bulges radiately, dural sac is squashed and deformed.  the intervertebral disc of L5/S1 bulges toward right back, the right nerve roots and dural sac is squashed. Lumber spinal cord and cauda have no abnormal signals. Around the spine hasn't seen abnormal soft tissue. The long T1 and long T2 signal of fludity can be found in pelvic cavity.

MRI behaves:

L5\S1  herniated disk (right back ); L3/4 herniated disk ( central back )

L4\5  intervertebral disc bulging

L5 schmorl node

lumber degeneration


pelvic empyema
