两条是同种类型吗？为什么我看到网上第一题的答案填 was foggy?
还有，是the weather will be sunny tomorrow还是the weather is going to be sunny tomorrow?为什么?

第一个问题肯定用现在进行时，现在进行时的标志除了now之外，还有look,listen两个动词，同时不要忘了祈使句的结构，比如don't...,而这句中let's go and have a look ,说明前面的动作正在进行！所以用is screaming。
句型转换第一个从名词的形式转化为形容词，所以选择foggy，it was foggy...
第二个填there was heavy rain last night.这两个题型基本上一样，不过这个是将动词转化为名词，而前一个是将名词转化为形容词，都是词性上的变化。
最后一个正确的说法应该是the weather will be sunny tomorrow. 为什么不用后面的一个呢？？？原因是这样的，虽然两个都是将来时，但是be going to do sth 意思是打算做某事，或者说是计划做某事，有点人为的设计在里面。所以第一个是正确的。

it fogged much this morning……貌似不大对，不过foggy是和sunny，windly用法一样的，was foggy应该是对的。
there was heavey rain last night
the weather will be sunny tomorrow是对的，the weather is going to be sunny tomorrow的用法在天气方面很少见。一般天气都是用will be的句型的。

不是同种类型，只能说两个句子表示的意思是同一个意思。

will be 和be going to be 基本上没什么区别。。一般我用的时候没怎么区别他们。。可能细微的有点，但不会考这么死吧。。will倒是有人的意愿的意思在里面，后者是没有的。。
