“get on”中“on” 是介词还是副词

是副词。它后边不可以直接加宾语。比如"tun on ,turn off .put up 。。。"on , off , up 。。。,都是介词，因为后边可以直接跟宾语例如“turn on the light .
这里的“get on"有好几种意思
1、进行 I asked how he was getting on at school.
我问他在学校情况怎样。
2、上车，上马 They got on at this station.
他们是在这个站上的车。
3、变老、变晚 He is getting on in years.
他年迈了。
4、继续 Now let's get on to the next exhibition room.
现在我们到下一个展览室去吧。
