Everybody knows that good eyesight is very important,but not everyone takes good care of the eyes.
If we want to keep good eyesight,we must konw how to protect our eyes.Firstly,we should give our eyes rest.Secondly,when reading books we should better keep foot from the book.Thirdly,we must read in good light,which is not too bright or too dim.Also,we must not read in a moving cars or in bed. Besides these rules we must remember that we should do the eye exercises everyday!

Many people wear glasses, they think that they've protect their eyes by not watching TV or playing computers. However, sometimes there are other things that can affect your eyes. For example, reading under dim or bright light can cause your eyesight. When reading, your eyes and the book has to be one foot away. Moreover, do eye exercises and don’t read for too long. You might think these things are not much to worry about. However, sometimes small things can cause big problems.
