객관적 YM의 응용 프로그램 - 광역시 - 1229년 - 입력 장치 후 (배속) 대퇴 동맥을 찔린 사이트는 효능과 안전성의 관상 동맥의 출혈을 막기 위해 angiography하여 대퇴 동맥을 평가합니다. 방법 라인의 환자 156 배속의 경우 대퇴 동맥의 뜻에 의해 무작위로 이쌍, 그룹으로의 사용 YM - 광역시 - 1229년 - 타입 출혈 동맥을 압축 장치의 8 시간, B 그룹 30 분 후에 갈라졌다 관행 압축 탄성 붕대 후 "8 "모양의 압박 붕대 육시간, 안티의 두 그룹 - 혈소판 및 항응고제 치료, Hemostasis의 hemostatic 두 가지 방법의 비교 분석 결과, Hemostasis 시간, 시간과 큰가지 합병증 발생의 제동 동일합니다. 그 결과 지역 출혈, 혈종 형성 및 총 출혈의 발생률의 그룹 B 그룹보다 현저히 낮았으며, 거기에 상당한 차이 (p 하이라이트 <0.05); 한 그룹 억압,, 피부 손상, voiding 부전 환자의 분수령 시간 제동 및 시간 출혈이 있었어요 안 환자들이 편안하게 할 그룹 B보다 크게 낮았으며, 그 차이 (p 하이라이트 <0.01)의 의미는 남달랐다. 결론 YM - 광역시 - 1229년 - 유형의 응용 프로그램 출혈이 동맥을 압축 장치 제동 시간이 짧은 팔다리, 환자가 덜 편안하게 느껴지지 않는 합병증 덜 효과, 대퇴 동맥을 찔린 후 사이트 배속 대중화 될 가치가있다.
Objective To evaluate the femoral artery by coronary angiography (CAG) femoral artery puncture site after the application of YM - GU-1229-type device to stop bleeding artery of the efficacy and safety. Method of lines by means of femoral artery in 156 cases of patients with CAG were randomly divided into two pairs, A group after the use of YM-GU-1229-type bleeding artery compression device 8 hours, B group 30 minutes after practices elastic compression bandage "8 "shaped pressure bandage six hours, two groups of anti-platelet and anticoagulant therapy are identical, comparative analysis of two methods of hemostasis hemostatic effect, hemostasis time, braking time and complications of limb occurrence. The results A group of local bleeding, hematoma formation and the incidence of total bleeding was significantly lower than group B, there was a significant difference (p <0.05); A group oppression bleeding time, braking time in patients with limb, skin damage, the voiding dysfunction and do not comfort patients was significantly lower than Group B, the difference was significant (p <0.01).
