1.爱上喝水
以前不爱喝水,只有口渴的时候才去喝水,基本每天能够喝七八杯水,每天能保持1500~2000毫升的饮水量。
2.按时排便
每天都够按时、规律上厕所,大号非常的通畅,几分钟就上完厕所。
3.细嚼慢咽
吃东西不再狼吞虎咽,开始学会细嚼慢咽,每一口饭菜都能够咀嚼20~30下,每一顿饭都能够吃够20分钟以上。
4.早睡早起
