From my person perspective, we need have fun in our free time ! We need relax and laugh louder after long-time work or study .And I think listen to music would be a great choice! We can choose diffrent kinds of music such as classic, romantic and rock to help us get rid of the unpleasant feelings.
Music is the best medicine make us happy. When I feel upset I always listen to music and it really helps me a lot. Music reminder me to study harder and work harder. Music lets me always remember the best time in my life.
