have sth.to do 和have sth.done的区别是：
1、sb have sth. to do，有事要做，这里的sth，是由说话人完成的。sb是行动的主体，强调说话人要做某事。
2、sb have sth. done，翻译的话，还是说成有事要做，但这里的sth的行动主体不再是说话人，而是其他主体，即sth 被另一主体做了什么。sth 和done'是被动关系，强调说话人让其他人做某事。
