面试官问你你的强项和弱项是什么,当然要尽量多说强项,弱项一带而过,他是面试官,不是跟我唠家常.不能什么都说.具体答法如下
I have a full understanding of myself, my strengths and my weakness. My strengths are as followss. First, I know how to learn by myself. In my opinion this is really important for this job. I may not be perfect at first, but I can make myself perfect by learing knowledge of my work. What's more, my operating skills are good because I pay much attention to make myself familiar wit my job. I can say that I'm good enough to worth my salt(胜任这份工作). On the other hand, i have some weakness. as we know ,everyone has weakness.这个时候可以笑笑,开玩笑的这句话.my weakness is that my knowledge is not rich enough to follow the development of the technology , but just as what i said, i can learn by myself, so there will be no problem.

I gained many things during this period. The most improtant one is experience. In this period, i met many special occasions and problems, but i dealt with them and put them into my experience. in the future, i can use these experience to help with my job. After working for three years, I was more familiar with my tool, i can operate my tool very well now. the last one is that i met some wonderful men in this area who can teach me a lot in my work.

I think they can get along well with each other because i know how to control them. Nowadays, we need team work, everyone should do it's own thing for the team work and shoud know how cooperate with others. when the team decides each one's word then we can use our ability to finish our work.
