一句可以理解为位于A和B之间的一棵树。二句是说明树位于AB之间。所以一个是带定语的名词，另一个是一个完整的句子。
如果让你造句，那第一句就不行了。你可以用系动词be，当然还有很多其他的动词可以用，比如stand等等。
