在名词性从句中，我怎么区分what which，是有两者都可作主语与宾语，但表哪一个，表什么的说法吗，如果这样的话，那也太不好区分了呀，可以给我点区分它们的例句吗

一、what用作形容词，作名词的定语，表示疑问“什么的”,“怎样的”。如:

1）what book have you chosen? 你选定了哪本书?

2）i shall be back this evening. i’m not sure what train. 我今晚回去，但说不准乘哪趟火车。

注：what与which同样可放在名词前作定语来提问，但二者有区别。试比较：

1）what dictionary would you like? 你喜欢什么样的词典?

2）which dictionary will you want, the chinese-english one or english-chinese one? 你想要哪一本词典——汉英还是英汉?

由此可见，选择有范围时，一般用which，当选择无范围时，常用what提问。

简单理解 what “什么”which“哪一个/种”
借二楼例句讲解一下
You can tell him what Adam has told you .
→你可以告诉他什么？（缺少宾语）
→Adam has told you what（ Adam告诉你什么 作为宾语 ）由此用what
You can tell him the story which Adam has told you.
→你可以告诉他故事
→哪一个故事？Adam以前告诉你的哪一个故事。由此用which

what一般是引导主语从句或是宾语从句
which一般指引到定语从句，绝对不能引宾从！！！楼主你从哪里听的可以引宾从？？？
这就是它们的最大区别。。。一般易错点就是误用which到宾语从句了。。
例如
You can tell him what Adam has told you.此处what作为引导tell的宾语。
You can tell him the story which Adam has told you.此处which 是story引的定语从句。。。
