好的习惯有：

4、卫生习惯：不随地吐痰，不乱扔纸屑果皮；仪表整洁；勤洗澡勤剪指甲；饭后漱口，晚睡前刷牙；饭前便后洗手，按时排便等。

5、行为习惯：尊敬师长，见教师行礼问好，在家听从父母和长辈教导。待人有礼貌，会使用礼貌用语和懂得礼节，能与同学友好相处，互谦相让，不打架骂人。

习惯的由来:
