全球性的金融危机波及中国，使许多中小企业因材料的涨价、人工成本的提高、人民币的大幅升值、筹资难等问题而纷纷倒闭，企业只有在经营过程中,搞好资金筹集,建立合理的筹资结构,才能有足够的可用资金,企业发展才有后劲,才能以尽可能低的资金成本,取得更大的经济效益。所以如何帮助中小企业渡过这次难关，关键的问题就是要解决企业的筹资问题。
本文结合我国中小企业筹资的特点、筹资来源和方式，以北京紫川圣坤科技发展有限公司为例，第一部分以北京紫川圣坤科技发展有限公司为实例对企业筹资所遇到的相关问题进行实证分析，第二部分以理论角度对这个企业的经营现状以及筹资方式现状加以概括分析，系统分析该企业自身筹资所面临的问题及困境，对比不同筹资方式的优劣势后，提出文章的第三部分，进而选择出最适合该公司的筹资方式。
