Take a walk of 10 to 30 minutes every day. Sleep for 7 hours. Make time to practice meditation, yoga and prayer or contemplation. These provide us with daily fuel for our busy lives. Eat more food that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured. Drink plenty of water. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar. Smile and laugh more.
