D的选项，虽然有have，但是不是完成时，要注意。这里have是动词。

2.B
主语是count，不是人，所以像careful就不能用了。
人口普查，并不危险，也并不让人高兴（pleased）。中国人很多的，政府很头疼的。
正由于人多，所以会很慢，也会很难。象山区那里很难的。
