在1月金融数据创下历史单月新高后，2月数据相比低迷了不少。据
央行3月11日公布的最新数据，2月社融规模增量为1.19万亿元，人民币贷款增加1.23万亿元，而1月这两项数字分别为6.17万亿元、3.98万亿元。虽然1月数据“爆表”主要是政策发力和季节性因素推动，2月本来也是传统的“信贷
小月”，又赶上了春节假期，但居民和企业信贷需求的疲弱程度还是让业内有些意外。业内机构和人士较为一致的观点是，2月金融数据是阶段性偏弱，无须过度悲观，稳增长的效果会逐步显现。对于稳增长会不会动用降准降息工具，有两位受访分析师认为，降准降息概率加大，政府工作报告提出5.5%的GDP增速目标后，政策还要发力，“3、4月就是宽松窗口期”；但有一位受访券商首席固收分析师认为，降准降息的概率会越来越低，重点是宽信用。居民和企业融资需求整体偏弱，“房贷”增量罕见出现负数，根据央行3月11日公布的最新数据，2月社会融资规模增量为1.19万亿元，比上年同期少5315亿元，不过同比增速还达10.2%。拖累社融的主要是信贷和表外票据，数据显示，2月对
实体经济发放的人民币贷款增加9084亿元，同比少增超4300亿元；表外票据由正转负，同比减少超4800亿元。把2月新增的人民币贷款拆分来看，居民和企业融资需求都偏弱。其中作为“房贷”风向标的居民户中长期贷款罕见出现负数，2月减少459亿元，此前1月为增加7424亿元；包含信用卡、消费贷等在内住户部门短期贷款，2月也减少了2911亿元。“居民贷款减少，简单理解就是当月还款规模高于新增的消费规模。比如春节前发完年终奖，大家都把信用卡或消费贷还了，当月消费又有所减少，(短期贷款)余额自然就(减)少了。”
