海参一般需要煮10分钟到20分钟左右能够熟。
海参属于日常生活中比较常见的海鲜类食物,里面的营养成分含量是比较丰富的,含有大量的维生素C和B族维生素,其中的卵磷脂和蛋白质含量也是比较高的。
鲜海参要煮5-10分钟,新鲜海参中富含水分,比较鲜活,肉体相对会比较软,所以很容易煮熟。
其他海参
干海参需要煮30-40分钟,干海参是新鲜海参经过加工后的制成品,其质地比较坚硬。
泡发海参的话则是3-5分钟。泡发的海参是已经熟透的,所以在做之前不需要煮很久,只要用热水在锅中稍微加热3-5分钟左右即可,也可以直接放在开水中浸泡10分钟左右。
