1. 分钟数小于三十时用past.
分钟数 past 时间数.
2. 分钟数大于三十时用 to
60-已知分钟数 to 当时的时间数+1

3. 分钟数等于三十时,也用past (只是用half)
4:30 it's half past four

注意:十五分钟,在表达时间时最好用 a quarter.

半点以外的用 to ,这个点与下一个点差多少分钟就写多少分钟,并且用下一个点.例如:1：45 与2点差15分钟,就用a quater (15分钟)因为差15分钟2点,所以用2点,就成了a quater to two
