目前eclipse还无法使用ctrl+鼠标左键提示js或者css代码，只能提示java和xml，设置方法如下：

依次打开window-->preferences-- >General-->Editors-->Text Editors-->hyperlink.
将Open Declaration和Open Return Type取消勾选，即可。

2. 如果还是不能解决, 那么问题是，打开XML文件格式默认方式不对, 以下是修改为XML Editior打开方法:
Window -> Preferences -> General -> Editors -> File Associations
File types: *.xml
Associated editors:XML Editor*** -> Default
在Associated editors选择框里点击“XML Editor*** ”，点击“Default”按钮。
