1. Do you generally speak to people before they speak to you? （你认为一般来说你会在别人开口之前先与其交谈吗？）
Yes, even if it's the first time I met that person. I'm always kind of silence-broker. I like communicating with people.(翻译：是的，即使我第一次见到那个人我也会。我总是能打破沉默。我喜欢和人们交流。) (这段说明你很热情，很外向。)
2. What was the last book you read? Movie you saw? Sporting event you attended? （你最近看过哪本书，哪部电影，参加过哪项体育活动？）
这个就要看你自己了，千万不要说谎，不然要是考官就这个问题深入下去的话就完了。一定要挑一本你看过的书，一部看过的电影，一项参加过的运动。当然就算是三年前发生的事你也可以说是最近的，这里撒个小谎没关系。还有，千万不要选太庸俗的书或电影。
3. What is the toughest part of a job for you? （你认为工作中最难的是什么？）
For me, the toughest part of a job is to achieve more when I have already had some achievement.（翻译：对于我来说，工作中最难的一项就是在已经小有成就的基础上还要取得更大的成就。）
4. Are you creative? （你具有创造力吗？）
I think I am. I believe creation is not only a key to success but also a helper to keep one young. Knowing this, I have always been attaching much importance to my creation building, and I think I have made it. (翻译：我认为我有创造力。我觉得创造力不仅是成功的关键，而且还能使人保持年轻。认识到了这一点，我一直都很重视对自身创造力的培养, 而且我认为我已经做到了。)

In a sense, I think YES. Why I said "in a sense" is because I not only have the ability to lead others, but also know how to work as a team.(老外很喜欢提的“work as a team”，就是协作精神)（翻译：在某种意义上是。为什么我说“某种意义呢”，是因为我不仅有领导才能，我还知道怎样和他人协作。）
7. What are your future goals? （谈谈你的未来目标。）
To do what I think I should do and do it well. Whatever I am doing, I always want to be the best. (翻译：做我自己认为应该做的事情，并且把它做好。不管我做什么，我总是想做到最好。)
8. What are your strengths? （你的优势是什么？）
I think my strengths consist in so many things——my personality, my educational experience， my working experience, and the love given by people around me. With all these, I am confident enough to be equal to the offer. (翻译：我认为我的优势有很多方面——我的性格，我接受的教育，我的工作经历（你有工作经历，或者有兼职经历的才可以说这一点），还有身边的人给予我的爱（老外很重视爱的）。有了这些，我就有了足够的自信来胜任此职位。)
9. What are your weaknesses?（你的缺点是什么？）
缺点你就挑自己真正有的缺点来写吧，（千万不要说“我的缺点就是太追求完美了”！这个太假了。）但要挑那种不是很惹人讨厌的缺点。你就说性急吧，这个大多数人都有点。
I am sort of quick-tempered. But I have always been telling myself to take things easy and never rush. I believe I can overcome it before long. (翻译：我有点急性子。但我时时在提醒自己放轻松，不要急于求成。我相信不久后我就会克服这个毛病。)

I think there is no right or wrong answer for these questions. The main point of answering them is to show your positive personality. Try not to just think about the answers, but also how to explain why.Lastly, I think you should practise with your friends before you go to the interview.
