如何将dataGridview里面的数据导入excel,添加什么引用?有导入的类下载吗?

vs2005 或2008,如何将datagridview里面的数据导入excel
我以前有这个类,vs2003+excel2003,可以导出。
现在vs2005,导入excel2007,添加什么引用,什么版本的?有这个对应的类下载吗?
