4. 把馒头片浸一下鸡蛋,使馒头片各个面都被蛋浆包裹,放入热油煎即可。两年都要煎,每一面差不多5――10秒就好,看着鸡蛋变黄上色了就差不多了,这样炸出来的馒头松软而不腻,炸太久的话鸡蛋容易糊而馒头片也会太硬不可口,出锅后撒上适量盐跟孜然更美味
