1、原料:干红枣,桂圆肉;调料:冰糖,蜂蜜,水;

2、首先将红枣洗净后,用小刀将其对半剖开,去掉枣核。   

3、干桂圆去壳去核。   

4、将红枣、桂圆、冰糖放入汤锅内,加入水,大火烧开后,改小火,焖煮约30分钟至水份收干;保持小火,用勺子在锅内搅打,将枣打成枣泥,同时将析出的水收干。   

5、最后将煮好的枣放凉,倒入蜂蜜拌匀;放入干净的玻璃瓶中封存;饮用时,取约10克,冲入温开水搅匀即可。
