1. send = ask sb. to go 表示“派遣”，“打发（某人去某处）”。如：

2. send for意思是“派（或打发）某人去把（某人或某物）找来（或请来）”。如：

My father fell ill last night and we had to send for a doctor.

3. send还可用来表示“（派人）送”，“寄发”。如：

I sent her flowers for her birthday.

4. send up “发射、发送”

5. send away “打发…离开”

6. have been send up 是现在完成时的被动语态，其结构为have（has）been +过去分词。
