想让孩子学好英语，首先是让她喜欢上英语。
孩子在休息的时候可以让她多看一些英语原版的电影，让她首先对于英语不陌生，其次孩子的英语阅读和作文不好，肯定是和孩子的英语词汇量不够有很大关系，一定要让孩子每天坚持背英语单词。另外，如果你想给孩子针对于英语作文报班，我不是很赞成，英语的学习是一个整体的，并不是说孩子的英语作文提高了，其他的也都能提高。
你应该找一个经验丰富的英语老师针对于你孩子自己的情况，有针对性的辅导。你像我侄子和你家孩子的情况差不多，后来找了个一对一的，也就辅导了两个月左右，成绩就上去了。
找个英语辅导班的话，人很多，孩子还不一定能学好。大连的一对一学校很多，你都带着孩子去看看吧，你像学大啊，大工创智，科苑好像都不错。
