本文以农民群体性事件为对象，用博弈逻辑理论作为工具，研究一些基础性博弈逻辑理论问题。农民在进行体制外集体行动时，表现出一些诸如农民内部个体理性与集体理性的冲突、农民与政府间个体理性与集体理性的困境、农民与政府双方可支付的信息不对称等问题。作者通过分析农民行动的逻辑，试图通过协调博弈的方法来对农民群体性事件作部分解决，在政府与农民间找到一个博弈的解。
