区别：

1、be angry with 后面常接的是人；be angry at后面常接的是事。

例句：
Please don't be angry with me.
请不要生我的气。
Don't be angry at what I've done.
别因为我所做的事而生气。

2、不说生气的原因时用be angry with sb.（生某人的气）；说生气的原因时用be angry at sb. for（因...生某人的气）

3、be angry with sb.=get angry with sb.；be angry at sb. for=get angry at sb. for。
