美国教育非常注重正面positive教育.要让小朋友respect diversity. I don't have to be like anybody else. I am me. I am special.
1.Wow! Did you do that all by youself? I can't believe it! Tell me/Show me how you figure it out.
2. I like the way you walk/sit/talk.
3. Johnny, that is amazing! You put so many details in your story.
