企业供电电源由当地电力部门总降变电站供来,供电电压为22kV和10kV。22kV 3回,其中1回供至2台电弧炉共用的SVC站,经SVC装置再供2台电弧炉变压器; 1回供精炼炉、1回供电渣炉。10kV9回,分别供至厂内各车间动力变电所,氧气站、除尘的10kV电源由炼钢车间变电所转供。

本企业的厂区供配电电压为22kV、10kV及220/380V。22kV供2台电弧炉,1台精炼炉、1台电渣炉,10kV供除尘风机、氧气站空压机、氧压机和厂区动力变压器,220/380V供其他动力和照明负荷。

冷拔车间变电所10kV进线电源为一回,其他每座变电所进线电源均为两回,采用单母线分段接线,正常情况下分段开关断开,两回路电源同时供电,当一回电源故障时,由另一电源通过分段开关向所有设备供电。每回电源应能承受所有负荷用电。
