5.1 factory power supply
5.1.1 外部供电电源
5.1.1 external power supply
企业供电电源由当地电力部门总降变电站供来，供电电压为22kV和10kV。22kV 3回，其中1回供至2台电弧炉共用的SVC站，经SVC装置再供2台电弧炉变压器； 1回供精炼炉、1回供电渣炉。10kV9回，分别供至厂内各车间动力变电所，氧气站、除尘的10kV电源由炼钢车间变电所转供。
Power supply enterprises by local utilities total reducing power supply, power supply voltage of 22kV and 10kV. 22kV 3 back, 1 back to 2 units of electric arc furnace for shared SVC station, the SVC device for 2 units of electric arc furnace transformer; 1 back, 1 back to the power supply for refining furnace slag furnace. 10kV9 back, is provided to the factory workshop power substation 10kV power station, oxygen, dust from steelmaking workshop substation supply.

本企业的厂区供配电电压为22kV、10kV及220/380V。22kV供2台电弧炉，1台精炼炉、1台电渣炉，10kV供除尘风机、氧气站空压机、氧压机和厂区动力变压器，220/380V供其他动力和照明负荷。

冷拔车间变电所10kV进线电源为一回，其他每座变电所进线电源均为两回，采用单母线分段接线，正常情况下分段开关断开，两回路电源同时供电，当一回电源故障时，由另一电源通过分段开关向所有设备供电。每回电源应能承受所有负荷用电。

炼钢车间：2座20t交流电弧炉，变压器容量2X12500kVA，一次电压22kV；1座30tLF精炼炉，变压器容量5000kVA，一次电压22kV；1台10t电渣炉，变压器容量3000kVA，一次电压22kV；1台30tVOD精炼炉；一套两机两流方坯连铸机及相关的公辅设施和配套工程。
