三、锅里倒油,放入姜末爆香,随后放入洋葱丁,如下图所示。

四、不断进行翻炒,将辣椒翻炒至软烂即可,如下图所示。

五、到入豆豉和黄豆翻炒均匀把煮黄豆的黄豆水到入锅中快盖着黄豆就行。

六、小火翻炒加酱油、生抽、冰糖焖20分钟左右,大火收汁注意翻锅防止糊底。
