a friend of mine= one of my friends 我的一个朋友 这里用的都是物主代词，而me是宾格，名词性物主代词是必须单独使用的，而形容词性物主代词后面要接一个名词的。

of后加的是名词，me宾语，不能放在of后面；mine是my friend的表达形式。望采纳！xjs
