I had a bad day today. First of all I overslept. By the time I got up,my brother had already gotten in the shower. After he got out of the shower, I took a quick shower and got dressed. But by the time I went outside,the bus had already left. So I ran all the way to school. But when I got to school, I realized I had left my backpack at home. I ran home to get my backpack. But when I got home, I realized I had left my keys in the backpack. I ran back to school without my keys or my backpack. by the time I got back to school,the bell had rung. And by the time I walked in to class,the teacher had started teaching already.she asked for our homework,but of course I didn't have it.
What a bad day I have!

Getting up early is a good habit. It is very important to our health, our study, our life and so on. First, getting up early helps to keep us strong. We can do morning exercises in the open air in the morning and breathe fresh air to build our bodies. Second, getting up early helps us to memorize what we have learned in class by reading aloud in the morning. Third, getting up early can help us to find enough time to prepare our work of the day.
