Ways to spend the weekend
There are many ways to spend the weekend, everyone has their different way spending it, but in my opinion, I think it is the best to spend fifteen percent of the weekend exercising in the gym, twenty-five percent studying in the school, and the rest, which is sixty percent resting.
Exercising is very important for people live in a fast moving society nowdays, urban people usually spending more time sitting in front of the table in the office than going out for a walk, exercising is required to keep a good fit, and well-being, we need a good body in order to enjoy the rest of our life.
There is a well-known Chinese sentence is called, "study good, progress more" we need to study, and have more knowledge to keep my mind satisfied, I love being surrounded by books, nonfiction novels, and textbooks, I feel fulfilled by knowing more academic knowledge, and I always know that if I stop studying, then it will be hard for me to catch up on others in the future.
The reason that I leave out so much time for resting is that I think we spend too much time working and studying during weekdays, so that we should give ourselve a better quality of resting in the weekends, resting is important to have a better quality of working.
Based on my three explanations above, my opinion on how to spend the weekend is to have fifteen percent of the weekend exercising in the gym, twenty-five percent studying in the school, and the rest, which is sixty percent resting.
