随着经济社会的不断发展，当前对于企业文化的研究各个学科都在不断发展完善，作为中国企业文化产生的条件和土壤的中华传统文化，中华传统文化对于中国现代企业文化管理影响的研究也成为当前人力资源领域的热点问题。本文旨在总结国内外各个领域学者对企业文化与中华传统文化之间关系的研究进展，阐述他们提出的不同观点和研究方向。另外，通过分析传统文化基础上的企业文化对于企业管理的影响，如何在在传统文化中吸取其精华，摒弃其糟粕，创新适合中国企业发展的企业文化，为进一步研究企业文化与传统文化之间关系的研究奠定基础。

With the continuous development of economic society, nowadays, researches for corporate culture in all kinds of subjects are developing to a perfect degree. As the root of Chinese corporate culture, Chinese traditional culture, has received popular attention. As a contribution, no matter from China or other countries, most scholars in the field of human resources are devoting themselves into studying impacts of Chinese traditonal culture on modern corporate culture management. This essay aims to conclude the process of reseaches of relationships between corporate culture and Chinese traditional culture. In addition, it will provide some assistance for futher researches by analysing impacts of Chinese traditional culture, how to make full use of it and how to innovate a better corporate culture.
