The trades between China and Western countries are boosted by the development of economic globalization; business activities are also conducted with increasing frequency and the importance of business negotiations is emerging with each passing day. However, in view of the
great difference between the business etiquettes of the East and West, there may emerge a conflict of business etiquettes between negotiators of both sides, thereby creating unnecessary misunderstanding. Therefore, it is imperative for business negotiators of every country to understand the difference in business etiquettes of the East and West. Starting with the definitions of business negotiation and business etiquette, this paper analyzes the difference between the Eastern and Western business etiquettes and explores their impact on the
business negotiations, as well as offers measures to deal with this problem so as to promote the smooth running of business negotiations.

The development of economic globalization promoted the Chinese and western countries' trade, business communication activities more and more frequent, the importance of business negotiation also day after day appears. However, the differences between Chinese and western exists between the huge business etiquette difference between Chinese and western negotiator, very likely business etiquette conflict and unnecessary misunderstandings. Therefore, all the commercial treater to understand the difference of Chinese and western business etiquette is very necessary. This paper introduces the business negotiation and business etiquette of the definition, this paper analyzes the Chinese and western business etiquette difference between countries, this paper discusses the differences between Chinese and western business etiquette to business negotiations influence, puts forward some Suggestions to face the business negotiations business etiquette difference countermeasures, in order to promote business negotiation smoothly.
