这个 ＂朋友＂在国外没这样说法。我有在网上和中国人买过东西，他叫我 friend 我感觉好别扭，我心里想 I'm not your friend. 哈哈，各国文字用法不同吧。你就这么说，

Due to the different time zones, I cant be online everytime. All items in my store are avaiable , so you can just tell me the specifications (color, size...). If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact me. Thanks and have a good day.

My dear friend ,due to the jet lag ,propablely I won't be always on-line ,but the goods in my store are always ready . You just specify the qualification (colour,size and so on) . You can leave a message if you have any questions .Thank you !
